The basics

What is Wish Upon A Table?

We're a reservation monitoring service for hard-to-get dining at the Orlando theme parks. Tell us the restaurant, date, and party size you're hoping for, and we keep watch around the clock and let you know the moment a table opens up.

How does it work?

You make a wish — a restaurant, a date or date range, your party size, and a preferred time. We continuously check publicly available reservation availability, and when a table matching your wish appears, we text and/or email you with a link so you can grab it.

Do you book the table for me?

No. We monitor availability and notify you — you make the reservation yourself on the official booking page. We never log in as you, and we never hold a table on your behalf.

Are you affiliated with Disney?

No. Wish Upon A Table is an independent service operated by Duckee Designs LLC. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Which restaurants can I watch?

Table-service restaurants at the Orlando theme parks that accept reservations. You can see the full list anytime on the Browse page in the app.

Your wishes

How do I make a wish?

From your dashboard, choose Make a Wish, then pick the restaurant, your date (or a range), party size, and preferred time, and confirm. That's it — we start watching right away.

How fast will I find out about a table?

Fast. Text is our quickest channel, which is why we recommend keeping text alerts on — availability can disappear within minutes, so we notify you the instant we see a match.

Can I have more than one wish at a time?

Yes — watch multiple restaurants, dates, and party sizes at once. Each active wish uses credits on its own.

How do I pause or cancel a wish?

Open the wish from your dashboard and pause or cancel anytime. Pausing stops the next day's credit charge, and you can resume whenever you like.

Will I definitely get a table?

We can't guarantee one — availability depends on cancellations and release patterns we don't control. What we do is maximize your chances by watching continuously and alerting you the moment something opens.

Credits & billing

How do credits work?

Each active wish costs 1 credit per day that we're watching it. You're only charged for the days a wish is actually active.

Do I get free credits to start?

Yes — new accounts start with a few free credits so you can try it right away.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Your wishes are paused until you add more credits — then they pick right back up automatically, no need to recreate them.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-leading payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

What's your refund policy?

If something isn't right, reach out via our Contact page and we'll help.

Notifications

Will I get emails or texts?

Account notices, receipts, and table alerts always come by email. Text alerts — the fastest way to hear about an opening — are optional but strongly recommended for time-sensitive tables.

Can I avoid being texted overnight?

Yes. Set quiet hours and we'll hold texts until morning, emailing instead so you never miss a table. Manage this under Account → Communications.

How do I stop text messages?

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or turn texts off under Account → Communications. Reply HELP to any text for help.

Your account

How do I manage my preferences?

Account → Communications lets you control text alerts, quiet hours, your timezone, and promotional emails.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account anytime under Account → Security, or contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
